Ordering

At the moment Linen Studio is able to offer several choices on how to order.

Online

Orders can be made online via our secure server order form. Please note all information remains confidential.

Orders can be made by telephone to Linen Studio: +614 5858 7771


All orders will be shipped the following day after payment has been confirmed unless the item(s) is currently out of stock. In such cases the order will be delivered within 3 weeks time.


Pricing

All our pricing at Linen Studio is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST.


Payment

We accept all major credit cards, cheque, money order and direct deposit. Goods will be dispatched once payment confirmation has been received.


Deliveries and Shipping

Deliveries within Australia

All orders once processed will be sent via Australia Post. Allow between 3 - 7 working days. Postage and handling costs are added during the checkout process. Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive within the specified time.


Deliveries International

All orders once processed will be sent via Australia Post Air Mail. Allow between 7 - 14 business days. Postage and handling costs are added during the checkout process. International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes. Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive within the specified time.


Damaged / Faulty Goods

All items at Linen Studio are checked and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged / broken in transit contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement. Faulty Goods can be returned with labels intact for an exchange or refund.


Returns / Exchanges

Linen Studio would like you to feel confident in ordering online, so if you find your selection is not what you expected, the right colour or size, simply contact us within 7 days and we will arrange an exchange. Exchanges will be given if the item is unused, unworn and with all labels intact. All items exchanged will incur an extra delivery charge. There are no refunds or exchange on sale items. Linen Studio apologises for items that are out of stock. We will advise you immediately and allow you the opportunity to cancel your order or help with an alternative product.
